A Massena man faces animal cruelty charges for allegedly failing to take care of 22 horses. Police said they not only found horses with serious health problems, they also discovered skeletons:


No animal should be kept without a good source of food or water.

A push is on by some state lawmakers to raise the legal age to buy cigarettes from 18 to 21:


If you can go overseas and fight for us at the age of 18, then you should be able to smoke.
