St. Lawrence County is dealing with a pistol permit backlog. It has everything to do with New York's new gun laws:


If our beloved governor and president hadn't sought to place such a restriction on firearms and caused such concern for the future of gun ownership, this panicked purchasing of guns and ammunition would not be happening.

There's a national push underway to change the legal definition of drunk driving from .08 percent blood alcohol content to .05:


Seems like just another feel-good measure that won't really effect anything other than to make current law abiding citizens criminals.
