An arrest was made last week in the 2011 death of Garrett Phillips. Clarkson University men's soccer coach Oral "Nick" Hillary was charged with murdering the 12 year old Potsdam boy.

It is going to be a mess! If they had solid evidence against him, he would have been arrested a long time ago. I hope this doesn't end up an Oxley-style trial(s).

A 2006 fuel oil spill on Fort Drum is costlier and much more extensive than first thought. The cleanup price tag, originally thought to be $10 million, is now $63 million.


The cost of this horrendous spill is excessive and tax payers end up paying for incompetence.
