If you're going to promote winter tourism in New York, there's no better place to do it than in one of the state's snowiest areas - the Tug Hill region. That's exactly what Governor Andrew Cuomo did last week as he unveiled a multi-million dollar ad campaign:
It's all about lining the pockets of elected officials. It's not for the good of the state or the hard working people in it. They don't care who here can afford it.
When I lived up there, we would wrap our pipes up with a heat pump.
Water froze up tight. Melting snow to flush toilet.
