Marjorie C. Tooley, 98, formerly of Glen Park, passed away Sun. morning, Oct. 25, 2009, at Samaritan Keep Home, Watertown. 

The funeral mass will be held at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Church on Wed., Oct. 28, at 10AM with Rev. Richard Kennedy officiating. Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery. Arrangements are with Cummings Funeral Service, Inc.

Donations may be made in her name to the Sacred Heart Foundation, 668 Thompson Blvd. or to Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Church, 320 W. Lynde St., both in Watertown, NY 13601.

Mrs. Tooley was born in Ft. Mott, NJ on Feb. 14, 1911, the daughter of James R. and Mary C. Foss Daniels. She was raised in TN and attended schools in TN and KY. She married Clifford A. Tooley on Sept. 28, 1946 at Blessed Sacrament Church, NYC, then the couple moved to Watertown. Mr. Tooley died on May 5, 1980.

She was a housewife. She was a communicant of Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Church, and a member of the Legion of Mary, the Altar & Rosary Society, and the Catholic Daughters of America.

She is survived by her many friends, including Nancy and Joe McCabe, Watertown.
