Brenda A. Green, 66, died November 10, 2009, at St. Joseph’s Nursing Home.

Calling hours will be at the funeral home on Friday, November 13th, 4-8 PM. Funeral service will be Saturday, November 14th at 11:00 am, at the funeral home, Reverend Walter Smith officiating; burial will follow in White Church Cemetery, Lisbon.

Arrangements are with the Allen-Nichols Funeral Home, Ogdensburg.

Surviving are her husband, Milton, Hammond, brothers, Doug (Nancy) Wood, Ogdensburg, Wallace (Sally) Wood, Lisbon, Larry (Stephanie) Wood, Latham, sisters, Shirley Brashaw, Ogdensburg, Betty Brett, Watertown, Sally West, Oneida, stepdaughters, Karen Green, Marianne Fennessy, Cynthia Lang of Ogdensburg, several step grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, she was predeceased by three brothers, Donald R., R. Victor and Gerald Wood.

She was born in Ogdensburg, May 30, 1943, the child of C. Roy and Bernice I. Day Wood.

She graduated from Ogdensburg Free Academy in 1961. 

She married Milton on July 13, 1985 at the First Presbyterian Church in Ogdensburg. 

She worked for the Ogdensburg Journal for many years and had various jobs in the area
