Not long after General Brown walked off the field as champions of Section 3's Class C, Nick Klusacek declared "I wanted to come out here and play the best game olf my life, and that's what I did."

He wasn't kidding.

Klusacek rushed for 147 yards and two touchdowns at the Carrier Dome, and picked up an interception that set up another General Brown score.

General Brown ended up dominating Cazenovia.

It started early, when Klusacek ran 54 yards, which set up a one yard dive across the goal line by Jared Flath.

Then Klusacek picked off a Cazenovia pass and returned it 39 yards, setting up his own 36 yard scoring run.

In all, Cazenovia was held to a mere 37 yards rushing in the first half.

In the second half, Cazenovia scored on a 63 yard punt return, but General Brown quarterback Rob Thomas came back with a 61 yard pass to Devon Tyler that set up another short run into the end zone by Flath.

Then General Brown forced a safety, and Klusacek scored one more time.

The final: 27-14.

Yes, great job Mel. It is nice to see that channel 7 sees all schools in the Norht Country. Our local newspaper seems to think there is only one - IHC. WWNY TV has always shown an unbiased open and fair display of local athletics. Greta job!!!!!
