The biggest problem with the IR Program is ownership and leadership..Unlike the Carthage program that instills with out a doubt that hard work and aggressive play pays high dividins at the end our staff waits till the last minute to assemble the teams and try to make something happen with the least amount of time. We have one of NNY great player as a Coach but without his leadership to the kids and ownership of the helm we as a team will continue to fall. I watch the great Carthage Coach and see the Passion he has for both the sport and the team and the great respect those kids have for him and can only hope for the same in our program as it grows.. Greg, Its ok to yell at those kids all great coaches have a voice..
