JCC's Crosby Getting National Attention

A women's basketball player at Jefferson Community College is getting some national attention.

Alyssa Crosby is a freshman and has already won a couple of Conference Player of the Week awards, along with Region 3 and National Player of the Week honors.

She's been averaging 25 points per game in conference play and 21 overall, along with 13 rebounds per game.

Crosby is from Brier Hill and went to school at Hammond Central. She brings a talented style of basketball to the Lady Cannoneers.
