Matt Gallagher, a soccer player from Carthage has been very effective all year despite an injury.

Gallagher scored 4 goals in a playoff win and had two more games of four scores.

The talented player finished with 15 goals and 7 assists on the season.

Because of his talent, Matt Gallagher is the 7News McDonald's Athlete of the Week.
