Sports: Another Area Athlete Signs To Play Division I

Watertown lacrosse player Brianne Arthur joined the ranks Tuesday of north country athletes to sign up to play with Division I teams.

In this case, Arthur will be on her way to Binghamton University after she graduates next spring.
