Sports: South Lewis Getting Ready For '13 Baseball Season

The South Lewis Falcons had a stellar baseball season in 2012.

The team led the Frontier League with a 14-2 record and took the SEction 3 Class C crown before losing in the first round of state competition.

2013's version of the Falcons is different: five seniors - including two "impact players," as coach Chad Brown puts it - graduated.

But Brown has been busy: "We have younger kids who have stepped up and taken that role over. They're doing a wonderful job, working hard every day."
