Sports: Wizards Win One in Front of Huge Crowd

Over twelve-hundred elementary school students came to the Duffy Dome Thursday to watch the Wizards take on the Syracuse Salt Catz.

The Wiz kids would not disappoint.

A four run surge by the Wizards in the eighth help lead them to a 6-3 win.

Cole Gleason hit a two run single in the eighth and Riley Norton drove in two with a double.

The Wizards will be home again Friday night against Cooperstown.
