I know, I know... Winter hasn't arrived yet... Depending on your point of view, that's either good news or bad news... The winter weather may not be with us but the winter sports season is underway... Area colleges got a jump on things late last month... Area high schools get their schedule of games untacked next week... At least I'll be indoors for most of it... And as you look through the WWNY website, you'll notice that the Can-Am Motorsports Park will have a new owner... Tiger Chapman is buying the track from the Caprara family... We were the first to break it to you and I wish the best for success... The LaFargeville track is a part of the fabric of the community... Here's hoping for many more years of great racing... And one final thought as I close out this Friday, my Christmas decorations are going up this weekend... In case you care, I can also use a new tie... Mel...I have several ties you can have. Most have not been worn since the 70's. (Retired folks don't need them as much as those still working).
