Sports: St. Lawrence Takes Series Lead

St. Lawrence took a 1-0 lead in its ECAC playoff series with Colgate, with a victory Friday night at Appleton Arena in Canton.

The Saints beat Colgate - and former St. Lawrence assistant coach Don VAughn - 4-2.

The first round playoff series is a best of three competition.
