The Watertown Rams have struggled so far this year, their most recent loss coming Tuesday night in Amsterdam, 17-0.

One of the people working to make the team competitive is Chris Glynn, a former infielder who is about the same age as many of the players and is now working as an assistant coach.

Glynn told Mel Busler he's telling the players "to be focused everyday. It's hard everyday, coming out, playing."
