Maple Museum Inducts New Members Into Hall Of Fame

Posted: Updated:

It's like the Baseball Hall of Fame for maple syrup. The American Maple Museum in Croghan celebrated its 40th anniversary Saturday.

New members were inducted into its Hall of Fame.

Tom McCrumm of Ashfield, Massachusetts and John Henderson of Oshawa, Ontario represented the class of 2017 for their contributions to the maple syrup industry.

The museum also celebrated the Muse Award it received for its audio tour from the American Alliance of Museums.

The museum accepted its award at a ceremony in St. Louis, Missouri earlier this month.
