2 Arrested In Car Theft, Possibly Linked To Vehicle Break-Ins

The Watertown Police Department has arrested two people in connection with a car theft and possibly numerous vehicle break-ins in the city.

The names of the suspects have not yet been released.

Police said the pair were arrested Sunday morning in connection with a stolen car.

Investigators said they found items that appear to have been stolen during a rash of vehicle break-ins, which began last Friday and continued through Sunday.

The suspects, who are males, were charged with criminal possession of stolen property and were released.
