A town of Watertown man who allegedly kept returning to the scene of a domestic argument was nailed for driving without a license early Thursday morning.

Jefferson County sheriff's deputies say they were waiting for 25 year old Tyree Gary to return to the Eacho Drive home a fourth time around 1:30 a.m. when they discovered his license was suspended.

Deputies say they had been called to the residence four times in two hours. Deputies also said Gary had been advised not to return.

He was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, arraigned in Watertown city court, and taken to jail on $300 bail.
