A second person has been arrested in the death of Tyler Johnson earlier this year.
State police say 25 year old Sammy Brown of Philadelphia Courts in Philadelphia, N.Y. was charged Friday morning with second-degree murder.
Johnson was shot to death May 18 at his home at 28764 State Route 37 in the town of Pamelia.
Brown was arraigned in Pamelia town court and was jailed without bail.
Another man, 26 year old Jamaal Carr of Watertown, was arrested earlier this month and also charged with second-degree murder in Johnson's death.
He is also being held in county jail without bail.
