There are several local authors living in the tri-county area, but few have ever reached the notoriety and book sale numbers as Three Mile Bay resident Ellen Marie Wiseman.  Her books have been translated into 17 languages and her second novel, What She Left Behind sold over half a million copies.  Amazing, considering how few people read or buy books these days.

Her latest novel, which was officially released yesterday, Tuesday, June 25 is called “The Life She Was Given.” The Author has many local visits and readings planned, starting with the official launch on Thursday, July 27th at the Lyme Free Library in Chaumont.
