The Buffalo woman accused of passing counterfeit $100 bills at Watertown businesses faces more than a dozen felony counts.

Thirty-two year old Stephanie Izevbizua was indicted by a Jefferson County grand jury on 17 counts of first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.

Watertown police say Izevbizua used a counterfeit $100 bill to buy a prepaid Visa card at the Dollar General on Eastern Boulevard.

Police say she also had three other counterfeit $100 bills when she tried to use the card at the Rite Aid on State Street.
