Bail is set at $100,000 for a 53 year old Watertown man accused of killing his girlfriend.
Michael Conway was arraigned in Jefferson County Court Wednesday.
A grand jury indicted him Tuesday on charges of second-degree murder, first-degree manslaughter, first-degree assault; aggravated criminal contempt, and first-degree reckless endangerment.
Conway was arrested on September 12, 2015 for allegedly killing 56 year old Vicki Miller at their home at 545 Cross Street.
The grand jury indictment stated Conway struck Miller on the head and body "inflicting blunt force trauma to her head, resulting in a subdural hematoma" which caused her death.
Watertown police initially charged Conway with manslaughter.
Conway is due back in court October 31.
