Public Invited To Attend 'Faces Of Addiction' PresentationPosted: Updated:
The St. Joseph Social Justice Committee, Faith Community Nurses, and the Alliance for Better Communities have partnered up to bring a 2-hour presentation to the community to address the opioid crisis in the north country.
Pat Fanning Sisters of the St. Joseph Social Justice Committee and Maureen O'Donnell of Faith Community Nurses appeared on 7 News at Noon Thursday to talk about the event. We're unable to show video of this interview due to technical problems.
The Faces of Addiction presentation is the first in a series of three presentations.
It will be held Sunday, November 12 from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Motherhouse of Sisters of St. Joseph at 1425 Washington Street in Watertown.
It's free and open to the public.

The second presentation is scheduled for January 14 from 1:30 – 3:30 PM at the Anchor Recovery Center and the third session is scheduled for Sunday, March 4 from 1:30 – 3:30 PM, tentatively at First Presbyterian Church.
