20 year old Issac Gebo, town of Watertown, was sent back to jail after authorities with the Metro-Jeff Drug Task Force say he violated his parole by having heroin at his town of Watertown apartment, at 24098 Route 12, apartment 6B.
Gebo was arrested Tuesday and charged with third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, which means it includes intent to sell.
Authorities say Gebo was out on parole when officers found him to have bags on heroin. They then got a search warrant and found the 360 glassine bags of heroin, which one bag is a single dose. An official we talked to called that a "considerable amount."
Gebo was sent to the Jefferson County Jail with bail is set at $30,000.
