A town of LeRay woman who was upset with someone she lived with is accused of setting fire to that person's clothes, which later caught fire in the garage.

State police say 25 year old Secret Goforth, a tenant at the 25052 Cooper Avenue duplex, set the fire after the other person left the home, took a picture of the burning clothes, extinguished the blaze, and put the remnants in a garbage bin in the garage.

The clothes reignited, causing a fire that extensively damaged the garage.

Goforth was charged with fourth-degree arson, second-degree reckless endangerment, and endangering the welfare of a child.

She was arraigned in town of LeRay Court and was taken to county jail in lieu of bail.
