Jefferson Community College President Ty Stone has spent 100 days in office.
In that time she's been talking with students, faculty and staff, and people in the community to decide where JCC's future needs to be steered.
Stone says she wants to reiterate the college's role in the community.
"I think we play a big roll in that, so trying to figure out what programs or processes that we can create on this campus that will support the overarching goals of the area," Stone said.
On Friday, Stone is having a forum on campus to discuss her plans in more detail.
One thing she wants to focus on is bringing the community to the campus.
