The owner of a Potsdam-area masonry business is accused of getting paid for work he didn't do.

St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies say 49 year old Matthew Williams was contracted in September to make repairs at a town of Canton home, but never completed the work.

He was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny.

Williams was ticketed and will appear in Canton town court at a later date.
