7 News Arts All-Star: Keely O'Connor

Keely O'Connor started to take the arts seriously after she won first place on a piece she entered in the Jefferson County Fair.

And now she wants to make it her life.

The visual artist from Carthage is the 7 News Arts All-Start for December 28, 2017.

"I'm really passionate about visual arts," she said, "and I love the community that it has and I can't imagine being in any other field."

A winner of national and international awards for her art, she plans to study arts management in college.
