The jackpot is up to $115,000 if you pick the Queen of Hearts at the Watertown Elks Lodge.
On Tuesday at lunchtime, the lodge was busy with people buying tickets for the game.
The fundraiser for the Elks Club has been going on for weeks with no winner.
This year there is a $300,000 cap on the game.
In the past, there has been a $50,000 cap.
Organizers say people have been coming from all over for a chance at the jackpot.
"You've seen the crowd coming in from all over the state; we've got some from Ogdensburg, some from Liverpool area, Oswego area, Herkimer area, coming up here to buy tickets," said Tim Kelly, past state president of the Elks.
