Two people have been arrested in connection with a November robbery in the town of LeRay.
State police charged 19 year old Kadi Schroy of Watertown and 22 year old Ormi Fermin of Brooklyn with second-degree robbery.
According to police, a 19 year old man met Schroy and Fermin in front of his town of LeRay home last November 12 to buy marijuana.
Schroy and Fermin allegedly took the money and began to drive away with the customer's arm still inside the vehicle.
Police said the victim stated he began running next to the car with his arm still inside and his feet dragging across the ground.
Fermin allegedly punched the customer in the face, which caused him to fall to the ground and be struck by the car.
Schroy was arraigned in Pamelia Town Court and sent to the Jefferson County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail or $10,000 bond.
Fermin was ordered held in the jail on $1,000 bail or $2,000 bond following his arraignment in Watertown City Court.
