Lowville Man Allegedly Steals Debit Card

A Lowville man is accused of buying things at two Lowville stores with a debit card he stole.

Lewis County sheriff's deputies say 26 year old David Sutton allegedly used the card to make purchases at the Stewarts Shop and Wal-Mart.

He was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, two counts of fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, two counts of third-degree identity theft, and third degree forgery.

Sutton was arraigned in Lowville village court and sent to county jail in lieu of bail.
