State Police in Alexandria Bay are asking for your help in finding two people who allegedly took items from a thrift store donation shed.

The larceny investigation concerns the A-Bay Community Thrift Store located on State Route 12 in the town of Orleans.

On February 27 at approximately 8:25 p.m., a white colored van or SUV pulled into the parking lot of the thrift store and to the back of the building where the donation shed is located.

Police said it appears two females backed up to the shed, opened the hatch, and took one bag into the shed. The two females then removed 3 bags of unknown items, 4 cardboard boxes of items, 2 plastic bins of clothes and a floor mirror. The vehicle was loaded up and the subjects drove away.
If you have information regarding this investigation, or know the identity of the two people, you're asked to contact State Police at 315-366-6000 and reference case #8103706.
