Sales are going briskly for the Disabled Persons Action Organization's 2018 outdoor concert.

The concert features classic-rock legends Peter Frampton and the Steve Miller Band. The concert is at 7 p.m. on June 30.

As of Friday, 1,200 tickets had been sold. About three-quarters of them are reserved tickets.

"We're very pleased," the DPAO's Tim Dermady said. "It's a good start and it will be our signature event."

Reserved tickets are $75 and about 2,500 were available when sales started on February 16

A total of 2,000 general admission tickets will be sold. They cost $64.

General admission tickets can be purchased at Kinney Drugs stores in Adams, Alexandria Bay, Canton, Carthage, Clayton, Gouverneur, Lowville, Massena, Ogdensburg, Potsdam, and Watertown.

General and reserved tickets are available at dpao.org or by calling 315-782-0044.

Dermady said the DPAO plans to announce its other three summer concerts in the next couple of weeks.
