Alcoa workers in Massena are hopeful there could be higher demand for their product with President Trump's proposed tariffs on imported aluminum:

I'm betting my money on the fact that the president being a builder knows more about it than anyone else.
Most of our feedback last week was about a couple of restaurants in Watertown. The first had to do the abrupt closure of Friendly's restaurant in Arsenal Street in Watertown:
Certainly too bad to see an iconic restaurant close, especially in this area. They will be missed.
It's so wrong when businesses close and do not tell their employees!
Then a source told us IHOP has signed to open in the former Ponderosa restaurant in Watertown:
About freaking time!
Would rather have Friendly's back.
