A 21 year old Watertown man has pleaded guilty in connection with the shooting death of a Pamelia man.

Christopher O'Connor of 1429 Gill Street appeared in Jefferson County Court Monday.

He pleaded guilty to fourth-degree conspiracy in connection with the May 18, 2017 shooting death of Tyler Johnson.

O'Connor admitted to actively participating in the planning of the robbery of Johnson, who was killed during that crime.

Five people, Jamaal Carr, Sammy Brown, Devin Davis, Shawn Moore, and Taylor Beckstead are accused of robbing and murdering Johnson.

O'Connor also pleaded guilty to criminal sale of a controlled substance in connection with a May 2017 arrest.

He faces six months in jail and five years probation when he's sentenced for the conspiracy and drug pleas on May 25.
