You need to be in shape to do a "Murph," but if you're up for it, there's one planned to raise money for a firefighters memorial.
Andy Naklick and Chris St. Joseph from the Watertown Firefighters Benevolent Association talked about the Memorial Day Murph on 7 News This Morning.
Watch the video for their interview.
The event will raise money for a memorial to fallen city firefighters.
It starts at 9 a.m. on Monday, May 28 at Star Spangled Crossfit in Watertown.
A Murph is a one-mile run followed by 100 pullups, 200 pushups, 300 squats, and another one-mile run.
If you can't handle all that, you can do it as a team or they'll adjust the workout to fit.
It costs $30 if you want a shirt and $20 without a shirt.
You can register the day of the event or at eventbrite.com.
