Thursday isn't a good day to go swimming. There's a beach hazard statement in effect in Jefferson and Oswego counties from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Forecasters say waves and strong currents could make swimming dangerous.
Warm temperatures and sunshine return for Friday. Highs will be in the mid-70s.
The weekend could get hot and humid. It will be partly sunny and around 80 on Saturday and mostly sunny and in the mid-80s on Sunday.
There's a chance of rain Monday and Tuesday and it will be mostly sunny on Wednesday.
