Grand Jury Indicts Two On Child Sex Charges, One On Weapons Charges

A Jefferson County grand jury accused two men of child sex charges, in indictments released Tuesday.
Timothy Keane was charged in an eight count indictment accusing him of attempted use of a child in a sexual performance; four counts of sex abuse, 1st degree; forcible touching; and endangering the welfare of a child.
The charges stem from incidents in October, 2017 involving a female less than 13 years old, according to the indictment.
Also Tuesday, Timothy Ferry, 42, was charged with predatory sexual assault against a child; course of sexual conduct against a child, 1st degree; sexual abuse, 1st degree; attempted rape, 3rd degree.
The charges stem from incidents that took place between 2007 and 2014 involving a female less than 13, according to the indictment.
The grand jury indicted Trevor Lucidi, 26, on 40 weapons-related charges.
Lucidi was arrested in July, 2017 in Carthage.
According to the indictment, Lucidi sold a .300 caliber rifle; a .223 caliber rifle; a 9 millimeter handgun. He's also accused of possessing a variety of weapons and related items, including a 30 round magazine, "Kung Fu" stars; and a switchblade.
