Motorcycle Pulled From Black River

Posted: Updated:

Here's something you don't see every day - a motorcycle being pulled out of a river.

That's exactly what happened Thursday on the Vanduzee Street bridge in Watertown.

City police said they received a tip that a motorcycle was submerged in the Black River.

A search and rescue team found the bike, which was then pulled out of the water by a towing company.

Police are unsure how the motorcycle wound up in the river. They said there are no reports of a missing person.
