Watertown Man Arrested In Watertown Drug Raid

A Watertown man who was the focus of a drug investigation is in Jefferson County jail.

Members of the Metro-Jefferson Drug Task Force say 34 year old Martin Kincaid was arrested after they executed search warrants at 273 and 277 High Street in the city.

Police say he was one of several people who were there.

Seized were 90 envelopes of heroin, $270 cash, a digital scale, and assorted drug paraphernalia.

Kincaid was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, arraigned in Watertown city court, and held without bail.

Police say they are continuing to investigate and expect to make more arrests.
