People driving on outer Washington Street in Watertown can expect delays from time to time as state crews work to resurface the road.
Milling work was scheduled to begin at 6 a.m. Tuesday between Watertown city limits and State Route 232.
Work will continue Wednesday and ends at 6 p.m. each night.
Paving on the same stretch of highway is set to begin at 6 a.m. on Monday, September 17 and will continue until 6 p.m. each day. Work should be done by the end of the week, weather permitting.
