New York City Public Advocate Letitia James is the winner of the Democratic primary for New York Attorney General.

Acting AG Barbara Underwood isn't running and four Democrats were looking for a shot on the November ballot.

James came out on top, with Fordham law professor Zephyr Teachout, U.S. Rep. Sean Patrick Maloney and former Hillary Clinton adviser Leecia Eve trailing.

James will take on Republican Keith Wofford in November.
