State police are asking for help finding someone who might have taken a wallet that didn't belong to him at Watertown's Walmart.

Troopers say the man entered the outer Arsenal Street store on Wednesday and took a wallet that was mistakenly left at the self-checkout register by a previous customer.

Police say the man in the surveillance photo was seen placing the wallet in his shopping bag and leaving the store.

Anyone with information on the man's identity can contact state police at 315-366-6000.
