SUNY Potsdam Student Works to Go on Display in 'Art Attack' at the Gibson Gallery

The Art Museum at SUNY Potsdam Displays 'Art Attack,' Annual Juried Student Show, from Nov. 15 to Dec. 8

Works by SUNY Potsdam student artists will be on display during the College's annual juried show, "Art Attack," from Nov. 15 to Dec. 8. The Art Museum at SUNY Potsdam will feature a total of 46 works by 18 student artists in the exhibit.

Artist-in-residence Neil Rizos, a renowned wildlife artist, was the juror for this show. Works were chosen from among 72 submissions by 21 students

There will be an opening reception on Thursday, Nov. 15 from 5 to 7 p.m. in the Roland Gibson Gallery, located in Brainerd Hall. During the reception, five student awards will be presented, recognizing some of the best works in the show. Rizos selected this year's winners.

This event is free, and the public is invited to attend. "Art Attack" will be on display at the Gibson Gallery through Saturday, Dec. 8.
