When taking this picture for the Ugliest Couch Contest 2010, I tried to get our Saint Bernard puppy Beula to pose for the camera. She flat out refused the entire time! I know it's because this couch was so dirty, ugly, and gross that she didn't want her pretty face associated with it. It was just too ugly for her liking! I even tried to offer her a piece of an apple cider donut from the Burrville Cider Mill, thinking that would perk her up (it sure would work for me! :-), but even a treat as tasty as that wouldn't change her mind. That couch was ugly!
It's so ugly, our poor puppy refused to smile for the camera while sitting on it!
