This is Harley! She ghouls and goblins with the best. Halloween is her favorite holiday (aside from Xmas). She is up before 5AM because she is sooo excited about this night, Harley is 9 years old and resides in Oxbow, NY with her nana and papa. She is the daughter of Ryan and Rikki Draper of Lowville.
Harley asks all day long, "What time is it??"
It's not so much the candy that entices her as it is getting out and seeing all the other costumes. She loves everyone! Harley wants to thank everybody for the treats she recieved and hope they had a wonderful Halloween night!
