Who gets up to take a Zumba class at 8:30 a.m. for an hour and a half on a Saturday morning? Over 30 women from Lewis County, that’s who!
On Saturday, November 13th, the RFW Zumba Team taught at Beaver River Central School for food donations for the Lewis County Food Pantry.
Over 250 food items were collected and donated by the Zumba team from Rhonda’s FooteWorks dance studios.
Studio Director Rhonda Foote, Zumba Director Jenn Earl and RFW Zumba Instructors Jan Lehman and Heather Jennings were all in attendance for the workshop fundraiser.
Zumba Director Jenn Earl stated, “the Zumba people in Lewis County are a tremendous bunch of ladies! Very willing to help others in the community and so excited about Zumba fitness!”.
Rhonda’s FooteWorks offers Zumba classes in the Lowville and Watertown studios and at Beaver River Central School. Instructors are Jenn Earl, Rhonda Foote, Kim Lockwood, and Jan Lehman. Heather Jennings, Lorie Goodman and Rebecca Brink are certified Zumba Instructors who currently are on a substitute instructor status.
