The Watertown Pee Wee Rapids Hockey Team participated in the Salmon River Pee Wee Hockey Tounament January 22 and 23rd. The Rapids played 3 hard fought games over the two days, losing a great game to the Lewis County Cobras 7-5, beating the Onondaga Thunder 9-1 and defeating the Salmon River Storm Sunday morning 4-1 to advance to the Championship game. The Cobras and the Rapids met again and both teams played hard and fought for the win. In the end, when the buzzer sounded after 3 great periods of hockey, the Watertown Rapids came out on top as the Champions winning 3-2! Congratulations Rapids- you deserve it!
