Video of the new white water rapids on the Raquette River below the dam in Colton. While walking the Stone Valley Trail on 4/30/11, Peter Barstow of Potsdam, NY took this video of the usually some what tame river. Due to snow melt, rain and the release of water from the upriver resevoirs, the Raquette is now a white water rafter's paradise.
